Creative Clyde Lyte Bytes: Shaping Scotland’s Talent

In Conversation with... Drs Lisa Kelly, Katherine Champion and Fraser Rowan.

At a crucial time of political and technological change, Scotland finds itself competing within a highly competitive global market to identify, attract and retain creative talent and strengthen its skills base. What exactly do we mean by the term 'talent' and how does this impact the industry?

Join us as we look at recent findings from the Shaping Scotland's Talent project, developed by Dr Kate Champion and Dr Lisa Kelly from the University of Glasgow's Centre for Cultural Policy Research. The project consisted of knowledge exchange workshops designed to initiate dialogue between academics, policymakers and stakeholders within Scotland's Screen Industries and beyond.

In addition, Dr Fraser Rowan will provide a whistle stop tour as to why universities want to engage with your organisation and how you could go about developing a partnership with an academic institution.
