Location

Creative Clyde is a flourishing, vibrant community for media, technology and creatively-minded businesses located along the waterfront in Central Glasgow.

The area takes in both sides of the Clyde at Pacific Quay and SECC. On the south bank BBC Scotland, STV, Glasgow Science Centre, The Hub and Film City Glasgow are all based across the river to the SECC, Clyde Auditorium "Armadillo", Scottish Hydro Arena and Riverside Museum.

However, we're nice people and we wouldn't want anyone to feel left out. That's why we're looking outwards and thinking outside the Clyde-shaped box.

That means we have creative clusters located nearby in the City Centre including the Briggait and Trongate 103. Yes, that's right - you don't actually have to be on the Clyde to be part of Creative Clyde.

Creative Clyde is happy to spread its roots. Find out more about our creative community.

Clyde Waterfront

In 2003, the Clyde Waterfront Regeneration Initiative was born to rejuvenate a 20km stretch of land along the River Clyde.

Why Glasgow?

Buchanan Street

Glasgow has a buzz, a soul and a personality that some of its better-looking, more upmarket contemporaries may lack.

How do I get there?

Clydeside Expressway

By train, bus, car, bicycle, boat - or even seaplane. There are various options to transport yourself over to Creative Clyde:

Creative Clyde is delivered in partnership with Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow City Council, Creative Scotland, BBC Scotland, University of Glasgow, Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), STV, Raise the Roof Productions, Glasgow School of Art, Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, Film City Glasgow, and Glasgow Science Centre.
