Commercial development

The partners behind Creative Clyde are determined to create the perfect environment for creative companies to locate and grow.  So, a huge emphasis has been placed on getting the infrastructure right.  This includes purpose built high quality accommodation and high bandwidth connectivity. Together with favourable staff and property costs, this makes Glasgow a very attractive, cost competitive location.

Looking to the future, an exciting new masterplan has recently been developed for Pacific Quay.  It provides for modern, loose fit, flexible space to accommodate a range of different uses including retail, leisure and residential, as well as core offices and workspace for creatively minded businesses.

The Fastlink project is now underway, providing a high-quality, contemporary, bus system.  Linking Pacific Quay and SECC with the city centre and the New South Glasgow Hospital, Fastlink will operate in dedicated lanes, providing all the efficiency of trams, without the high overhead.

There are also plans for the world's first floating leisure village to be based around the Canting Basin and there promises to be quite a buzz around this bobbing area.

Amongst the floating U shaped street, moored in front of The Hub, this will be the perfect space for new and creative concepts.

If you're a developer interested in investing here, get in touch.
